Pink is the color that has come to represent faith, love, hope, courage and strength for those affected by this disease, whether it has affected you directly or through a loved one. Pink also happens to be my favorite color and now more so than ever since my baby sister Lucy was diagnosed. But this post is not going to be a sad one. I just wanted to participate in Pink Saturday hosted by the lovely Beverly from How Sweet the Sound and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to remind all you lovely ladies out there to check your breasts regularly. And for those of us who are over 40 please get those annual mammograms. This is the key to early detection.

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Remind three women in your life to check their breasts regularly and have each one remind three more and just keep it going. We all need to be reminded about how important it is to do these examinations. So spread the word.
A special thanks goes out to Beverly for hosting this wonderful weekly event dedicated to PINK, my favorite color. An for allowing me to spread the word. Thank you Beverly! Oh! and why not go over to her blog and check what everyone else is sharing on this beautiful October Pink Saturday. Just click on the button below.
Thank you all for dropping by. Hope to see you again real soon.
Have a wonderful weekend.
*Dedicated to my beautiful sister Lucy who has been through so much but is still fighting strong. Your faith and strength are a true inspiration to me. I love you.
Hugs and Kisses,
