Crafty Wreath: Part 1

You've all probably seen all around Blogland these beautiful wreaths crafted from pages out of old books.

I just think they're sooo beautiful.

I couldn't wait to make one for myself.

I made my own version using an old and crafty technique I learned in kindergarten...Hee, hee, hee. I love how it turned out.

I was in the creative zone so I made another one using another technique. I'll be sharing that one in a future post. Also coming soon...My mirror and shutter project I mentioned in my last post. Stay tuned.

Hugs and Kisses,

It's beautiful Ana, I've been wanting to make one too but it looks so time consuming. Maybe when things slow down over here and I get a little down time I'll relax and make one of these, it will be my therapy. I've got tons of old books and vintage sheet music I've been finding at estate sales for next to nothing, can't wait to try it!

Besitos,
Irma

Hi Ana, I can't believe you got that framed mirror for .50 cents. That's a steal! I love your book wreath. Gorgeous! I've been feeling a but non-creative too. I want to do something but just can't decide what to start. So I keep blogging for inspiration and then I get overwhelmed because I want to do so much. :) Wishing you a wonderful day. Tammy

Oh dearest Ana, I love that wreath, I tried making one and it looked horrid and then it broke into three pieces! I guess I missed Kindergarten, so I didn't learn whatever it was that I needed to know for this project! hehe!!
Yours is very lovely, though.
Hugs, Cindy

Ana, this wreathe is beautiful. I, too, have admired these and would like to make one. Share your kindergarten technique. I should be able to handle that one. LOL
