The Red Wall Is Gone...

I had been toying with the idea of changing our living room's accent wall color for a while now. I loved, loved, loved my red wall, but I felt it was time for a change. Sooo... A few weeks back I finally did it. The red wall is gone...

Run your mouse over the above picture to see what the wall looked like before.

At first I missed my red wall a lot...

But I really did like the new color, I just needed some time to get use to the change.

Change is good!

Thank you so much for stopping by for a visit.
Wishing you a beautiful day.

Hugs and Kisses,

I love it! The red wall is very striking (we have a maroon wall in our dining room) but your new color is lovely and you can add a punch of color with accessories :)

I always liked your red wall, but now that I see the new color, I like that even better! It's a great color choice, it goes so well with all of your white furniture. Your living room looks very pretty & I have the same plates. Love them.

Actually I prefer it this way, with more neutral tones. I have painted in various shades of gray my yellow walls. All'izio I thought it was wrong, but now I'm excited.

I am a "red" kinda girl too but I agree, change is good! I am slowly adding ambers, turqoise, and browns into the farmhouse decor--and I like it!

You have such an eye for design and I am loving all your "curbside finds"!

Have a great productive week! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Yes, my sweet friend, change is good and your beige wall is gorgeous. Somehow it makes your turquoise and white really POP! Funny how a subtle color can do that!
I love it and I'm sure you will too, if you don't already!
Love and hugs, Cindy

The best thing about paint is that you can change it quick and inexpensively. However, I don't think you need to change this. Your new wall looks great!

Oh Ana! Aunque ese rojo inglés, como decimos aquí, es precioso, los cambios suelen ser muy beneficiosos, y la verdad es que ha quedado genial.
Tienes un gusto exquisito!! creo que podría vivir en tu casa perfectamente...

how beautiful your home, my sweet friend. transformations for objects that are losing life and you saved. those quaint perforated plates that have hung on the wall (in Italy I still can not find them) I like the elegant upstands that you fill with objects sought but simple.strong hugs, my sweetest friend
