Unfinished Business...

Does anyone else do this, start a new project when you have old ones that still need to be finished? I am notorious for doing this. But I want to change, really I do :-)

I started crocheting this very sweet, rosebud afghan...YIKES!...about 12 years ago. I think it's been waiting long enough to be finished... Don't you? Hee, hee, hee.

My goal for this week is to finish my "Taters and Onyons" box project and this afghan. One new project and one very, very old one.

Posting about these projects always seems to encourage me to work quickly and most importantly to finish...Must be all the sweet, kind and supportive comments I always get from you, my dear blogging friends. Thank you.

Wish me luck...

Wishing everyone a wonderful and productive new week.

Hugs and Kisses,

Yes Ana, I do that all the time! I just told my husband this morning that I think I have project ADD. I haven't finished one & I'm on to another. LOL
Your afhgan is lovely. Is there anything you can't do?

Oh my, can't wait to see your finished projects. I am exactly like you, there are unfinished projects all over my house, if you don't believe me, ask my husband lol!
Have a wonderful week!

Hi Ana,
I love your rosebud afghan...its as sweet as can be. I know the work that goes into each stitch and you can do it, it always feels good to finish a project. Look how long it took me to make a pillow out of my sisters embroidery 15 years...LOL
Have a sweet day and keep those fingers moving...LOL
Big hugs, Elizabeth

Hi Ana! Oh, my goodness yes! I do that too. I hate that! But I guess we all do that at times.
That is a beautiful afghan you're working on!
Good luck with your projects!
Be a sweetie,

Precious afghan. I use to do that all the time. Start something and never finish it. I have an old cross stitch piece from 1987 (not kidding) I started and it's 3/4 done. Now my eyes are too bad to work on hardinger cloth without a magnifying glass. How terrible is that?

I am horrible about finishing projects! Problem is, I love to plan it, and then in my mind it's all done! lol!

Oh. My. Gosh! That afghan is GORGEOUS!! I love it! Ana, I always have several projects going on at once! LOL! Right now I have a stocking and a shawl going that I have started recently... BUT there is this sweater that has been sitting in my basket since winter! It will probably be fall before I force myself to face it again... it was not going smoothly to put it nicely (gorilla arms that had to be redone). Aside from UFOs I have tons of yarn bought with specific projects in mind... or not... that I need to knit up. LOL! So, you are not alone in this. I'm cheering you on for that onyon and tater box but most of all for that AFGHAN! blessings ~ tanna

Ana ~ what a sweet afghan and YES I have tons of unfinished projects. It's almost like you lose your desire and move on, but the good thing is, once the angst comes back again voila ~ pick it up and work at it again ;-)

I have sooooo much trouble finishing projects. They go out of style before I get them done.
How much of the afghan do you have left to do?
