I'm on a roll...

Hi Everyone!

For the past few days I've been busy creating, sewing, gluing, painting and redecorating...

And today I wanted to show you, my sweet blogging friends, a little bit of what I've been up to.

I redecorated the "sideboard wall" in our petite living...It's the wall opposite our fireplace.

I created the music sheet wall art out of vintage music sheets and the old frame that was already there. Oh and I printed our initial and a very chic decorative design on one of the sheets and placed it in the center.

Here's a closer look at my very simple Spring/Easter vignette.

Yesterday I sewed these cute little pleated ruffled lampshades. Oh and there was some gluing involved too :-)

(I'll let you in on a little secret. Do you see that green thing in the picture above, on the far right? Well it was a thrift store find for an awesome deal...AND THERE WERE TWO OF THEM!...I'm still working on those...All I can say is I'll be doing a lot more sewing...Stay tune.)

And finally, here is the painting part. The sideboard top use to be a pale honey finish, but not anymore. Can you believe I got this beautiful darker color just by using antique glaze? (If you want to see what it look like before, click here.)

Thank you for stopping by.
I do hope you enjoyed your visit.

Hugs and Kisses,
