Our 4th of July Road Trip

Since it was going to be a four day weekend for us this past weekend we decided to take advantage of it and take a road trip.

We drove for many hours and over many, many miles of beautiful US roads and highways. There is nothing better for the soul than taking in God's beautiful handy work.
We crossed several state lines.
And we visited 3 National Parks.

Stopped by one of the most awesome dams ever built.
and  a very unique monument.
Whew! No wonder I'm pooped. We've been back for two days and I'm still trying to recuperate :-)  But you know what it was so much fun and we all had such a good time, it was all worth it.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit.
Wishing you all a beautiful day.

Hugs and Kisses,

  5. Great trip! My husband & I traveled west on a trip that included the Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon & Hoover Dam as 3 of our stops. I am in awe of Navajo country, and we both want to return. We also toured Monument Valley - beautiful, all of it. As is your family!
