Just Too Hot!!!

I love the summer time and even the warm weather, but when it gets sooo hot my brain can't think straight well I just can't get too much accomplished.

Yes, it's 80 degrees and it is barely 10:00am...Ugggh!

May be I should head over to my favorite thrift store...the only one around here with air conditioning...:-) Hopefully the hunting is good and I'll have something awesome to share with you all next time.

Stay cool everyone!

Note: If you haven't entered my giveaway yet just skip down to my last post and read all about it. Deadline is Aug. 14, 2011...Good luck everyone.

Hugs and Kisses,

That thermometer is beautiful, where did you get it? sorry about all that heat, but you have the right solution, thrifting it is :) Where I work is so cold and air conditioned that I have an electric warmer on my feet and a blanket on my legs, I hate feeling cold. Oh and don't forget to eat some "raspados" on your way to the thrift store, that'll make you feel better :)

Leave it to you, dear Ana, to have a beautiful thermometer! You do have central air in your home, don't you? We haven't hardly used ours until this summer and it is so wonderful to spend time outside in the 90* weather and then to enjoy the cool house when I come in is just heaven!
But any excuse to head down to a favorite thrift store works for me!
Hope you found something wonderful!
Love and hugs, Cindy

We have been experiencing quite temperate weather for this time of year...which usually means that September will be horrible.

We got home from Italy Wednesday night... at 10:04 PM it was 97 degrees in Dallas for our drive home. Whew! It is warm. If you have to look at high temperatures, that thermometer is a lovely way to do it! ;)

Love your lamb and your MIL is very considerate. Happy Birthday to Senora Lola!
