My New RAT

First, I guess I should begin by explaining what a R.A.T is...It's a cute little acronym my hubby, daughter and I came up with for Roadside Acquisition Treasures. Those awesome little treasures that some people seem to believe are trash and abandon at the curbside...If you're wondering why we went with R.A.T instead of C.A.T (Curbside Acquisition Treasure) which is a bit cuter, well it's because I tend to spot these treasures while my hubby is driving and when I yell C.A.T my hubby thinks it's a real one crossing the street... Rats are less common. Hee, hee, hee. Anyway, I just wanted to share with you my newest R.A.T.

It never ceases to amaze me what people throw out... I cannot wait to get started on it's transformation. What do you think?

Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend.

Hugs and Kisses,

That is a great find and the drawer pulls are cool! Can't wait to see what you transform it into. I wonder why some people throw away good stuff but glad they do!!

Have a great day!

I do not ask so much "as he become?" but rather "where you put it?"
you have a castle?? I do not know where to put furniture, toys, books, books. books, accessories, clothing in my house. I think it will explode in the coming days :)))))
However, the magic looks impatient. I think that if these objects had a soul would pray to end up in your house. Give him a second life. give them a dignity they had lost. ... partly because of their former owners.
un abbraccio forte, con affetto Ally

LOL I wondered what a RAT was.... ;P It is a cute chest. I really like the little casters on it!

I look forward to seeing it transformed into a.....IDK....something that sounds prettier than a RAT!!!

This HYSTERICAL! I love yelling CAT!!!!!! Now I'm going to yell RAT instead...all because of YOU! GREAT FIND~

Now...I had to smile over your double seam gathering. I've been forced to do that on occasion and when I MUST I whine and complain the entire time. Wahhhhhhhhhhhhh

I used an attachment Ruffler for YEARS! Mine worked great!

Love to you...Rebecca

Wonderful find! Love your c.a.t. & r.a.t. acronyms! :)
To answer your question about the blender pen transfer - you do need to use a copy made from a copier as it won't work with a printer printout. Something to do with the ink.
Hope you have a great weekend ~ so happy to hear from you, Ana!

It's gorgeous! I can't believe someone left that on the curb. All that people leave on the curb around here is broken lawn furniture, or cardboard boxes :(

Like everyone else, I can't believe someone left that out for trash! You lucky duck. I bet it's going to turn out fabulous!
