Stole my heart

I have often heard my mom say that if you want a cutting to propagate and  grow beautiful it needs to should I put it? Acquired from a plant without anyone knowing...Hee, hee, hee.

Well, it might be just an "old wives tales" but let me tell you, there might be some truth to it :-)
One of my neighbors has a beautiful plant that stole my one day, as I was walking by I snatched a little piece...yes, without out her knowing...Yikes! I can't believe I'm admitting to it. Anyway...
It was just a little branch and I thought it would never make it but look...It has even flowered already.
Not sure what it's called though...If anyone out there knows, I would love to know the name of this sweet little purple flowered plant. Please share it with me :-)

Thank you for stopping by today.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.
Hugs and Kisses,

What a thief. :) Teee Heee....

I visited my doc in the early summer and there was a huge shrub outside his office I just loved. I snipped off a piece and now it's almost ready to transplant into our yard.

I hadn't heard that old wives' tale, but my neighbors have some hydrangeas which I have been coveting, so maybe I need to do a midnight raid?

Your plant is beautiful - I don't know what it is called, though.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Your flower is lovely. My neighbor constantly sends her little daughter to our house to ask for cuttings from our yard. I don't mind. Her yard is looking great now! :)

I think starting flowers that way is a great idea! My neighbor was showing me some flowers growing in her yard and then said she started them from some of mine! I thought that was pretty funny and didn't mind that she had taken some cuttings.

Dear Ana,

Lovely that you got this sweet purple plant to grow, don't know what it is called. Plants need to be shared, such a neat thing.

Hope you are having a great week
