Act of Kindness

Hello My Sweet Friends!
This up coming May I will be celebrating my 7th Year Blogaversary...Wow, already?!  Ever since I started A Petite Cottage I have met many wonderful and sweet blogging friends. I have met kindred spirits and made many friends who have become like family to me. And it thrills me to bits that still today I keep making new, sweet blogging friends.
Today I wanted to share with you all a little something that happen a couple of days ago. I received a comment that just brightened up my whole day. Of course, all your sweet comments always brighten my day...but this one was from a brand new blogging friend. Her thoughtfulness and sweetness touched me beyond words. (You know who you are.) How someone can be so kind to a total stranger is just...Wow, amazing! I don't know how else to put it.
I have been having a few trials in my life lately and I have seriously considered shutting down A Petite Cottage...but this awesome act of kindness has made me reconsider it all. How could I walk away from something so wonderful, and not to mention so many dear friends that have given me nothing but joy for the past 7 years? I just can't. Thank you all so much for your continued support, care and love. I feel so very blessed. I love you all so very much.
Thank you so much for stopping by for a visit.
Wishing you all a wonderfully blessed new week.

*Correction: I just noticed I made a mistake. This up coming May will not be my 7th year Bloggaversary. It will be my 5th year Bloggaversary...Oops!

Hugs and Kisses,

My blogroll is supposed to be timely so that I know when someone posts. I have not seen that you have posted lately, or I would have been right there.

I am glad you will not be stopping your blog because I love reading each post even though you don't post as frequently as you did when I first became a follower.

Have a lovely April.

Hi Ana. :) I'm kind of right there with just keeps throwing curve balls at us lately and sometimes blogging feels goofy. But I love it! It's my hobby and there are so many sweet people to connect with. Glad you are going to keep at it.

So sorry life has been giving trials and tribulations lately. I totally understand. I have to stop and remind myself of how truly blessed I am.

I have been missing posts from some of my favorite blogs as dashboard doesn't always comply and says I am not following any blogs?!?!?? And when I read blogs on my iPad, leaving a comment isn't the easiest thing, the keyboard :(

Have a lovely day!!

I don't know who you're talking about... you left it encryptic enough so we can all feel like it could be one of us - that's the magic of you. How you make everyone feel blessed for having you in their lives. I know I do.
And don't even think of bringing this blog down... you stay away all you need - we know your love and kindness gifts are being used somewhere else with someone lucky - but don't even think in destroying it. When you're away people still can go through your past posts and enjoy your creations and thoughtful gestures.
Take Care,

I'm glad you were 'swayed' to keep going. While I don't always have time to leave comments, there are a few blogs that I try to look at each week and yours is one. You offer so many beautiful ideas and posts.

I know just how you feel, Ana! I've met so many wonderful blogging friends in the 3 plus years that I've been blogging. Life has a way of changing things up and there's a right time for everything. Even if I quit blogging, I'll be sure to stop by now and again to see what you're up to. I hope you're feeling okay and I'm glad you'll continue your beautiful blog.

Best wishes,

Such a pretty vignette, Ana! I find that is one of the great things about blogging, while one comment can bring you down, it can also lift you up. I have been lucky enough to come across those bloggers who lift you up!

Hi Ana,
It's so nice to meet you and thank you so much for stopping by my blog. I am now following you. I have slowed down a bit on my blog cause I am so busy all the time, you see I have an invalid hubby and that keeps me so very busy and also must say tired. Also I work at home on my art work and get big orders, one of which I have right now. Love your blog and hope to visit again sometime. Blessings...Lu
