Bright Idea

Have you ever had an idea that just won't stop tossing and turning in your head? Well I have, and this morning I finally decided it was time to go for it and just do it!
I have two of these beautiful Rachel Ashwell, Shabby Chic lamps from Target. Well, one I actually purchased at Target and this one I found at a thrift store. Unfortunately this one came without its original lampshade. So here is my dilemma...For a while now, I've been wanting to put both of them on my dresser but how could I make them match without having to go out and purchase another lampshade?
So here is my bright idea....Why not create a new and creative lampshade with things I already have. Like these items above.
And this is what I came up with.
Oooh, they are better than I imagined. I love how they turned out.
So what do you think?
Thank you so much for stopping by for a visit.
Wishing you all a beautiful and creative day.

Hugs and Kisses,

Ana, these are the cutest lamps and lampshades ever! You must be thrilled with them. Great job! I would love one of the lamps from target for my daughter's bedroom. It would really look cute in there. I wonder if they're still available.
